    Our Home Data.ai collects information about your property. Contractor professionals can use our Home Data.ai tool to request bids and offers from various contractors. Some of the information submitted may be personal, such as the homeowner's name, email address, phone number, home address, and timeframe for repairs. The homeowner may also submit information about the property, such as the address, home condition, interior amenities, and details about the property's condition. The information will be shared with the contracting professional working the homeowner and with any business entities who routinely work on the repair and renovation of homes.

    When you visit, use, or navigate the Services, we automatically collect certain information.   12. Use of Your Profile Pictures and Other Job-related Picture

    “Photos” is defined as any photograph(s), image(s), or graphic(s) that we obtain from Users through the HomeSpruce platform, including those uploaded by you or other Users, such as profile pictures and service-related job photos (See also additional related policies outlined in “Customer’s Confidential Information”, “Confidential Information”, “User Contributions” and other applicable sections in our HomeSpruce Terms of Service)

    Unless we expressly obtain your permission, HomeSpruce will only use your Photos specifically for HomeSpruce-platform purposes, such as showing job-related pictures and marketing, advertising, and other related purposes. HomeSpruceenables Users to post job-related pictures to third-party websites and apps, including “before” and “after” job pictures. HomeSpruce will not share your Photos with other third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
